Some of those people get very offended that we're offering them such a low number for their lot, but a small percentage just want to know how quickly they can get paid.
Even though it's a small percentage of people who accept our low offers, when you make 100K offers a month - it ends up being a HUGE number of great deals that come in on a daily basis.
We buy as many as we can afford for ourselves, and then assign the rest to our better investors for a small assignment fee.
Even with our fee the investors are still buying the lots well under market value so they are doing very well with us.
Over the past 20 years we've built up a HUGE following of investors who take our overflow as they come in, but we are always looking for good people to flip lots to.
